DYNAMIC ARCH SUPPORT 2.0
Every useful watt of energy generated while cycling is transferred to the bike via the soles of the feet. When the plantar fascia is properly supported, the metatarsal arch stiffens and allows for efficient power transfer. For this reason, customizable arch support in a competitive cycling shoe is critical for both comfort and performance.
IMPROVED SUPPORT WITH ADAPTABILITY
The Dynamic Arch Support 2.0 system, customizable with the BOA® Fit System, is a fully integrated feature of our new carbon outsoles, with a special portion of the shoe upper wrapping the arch of the foot to improve support while adapting to each rider's unique foot shape.
VOLUME CONTROL SYSTEM
In addition, our Volume Control System allows for differentiated adjustment of the fit in the instep and forefoot area, the shape and volume of which can vary greatly from rider to rider. By controlling two separate BOA® dials, cyclists can tailor the fit of the shoe to their individual foot shape, ensuring maximum performance and support. The new Li2 Dual Zone BOA® Fit System features a smaller dial diameter and a lower, more aerodynamic profile.
COMFORTABLE LAMINATED UPPER
The upper of the shoe is made of an elastic polyurethane laminate combined with a comfortable mesh material. The result is less give and long-lasting support for the foot where it is needed most.
CARBON FIBER OUTSOLE
Everything about this innovative road shoe is designed for ultimate power transfer, from the advanced fit features to the new outsole: a special carbon fiber layup that saves weight and provides greater stiffness; with an index of 10, this outsole is the stiffest in the Fizik range.
OPTIMIZED PEDALING EFFICIENCY
A wide ventilation inlet and deep internal channels provide cooling airflow and improve temperature control. The cleat positioning is slightly further back compared to conventional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce compression in the knee. This is particularly suitable for very aggressive, forward-facing aero riding positions.
